Remela ducked and weaved in between the long halted machinery. Some of the blades had even begun to rust in places, from droplets of water forming and plumetting on the metal items during terrible storms. The Power Plant had been abandoned ever since the outbreak of the war, when most other businesses had ceased to exist. Families and friends were torn apart, if not by the demons, by the war itself. The smart humans had adapted as necessary to stay alive, and out of the Angelic kind's way.
The more rebellious of their species had decided to form a bit of a road block in the war, deciding to toss themselves in the midst of it. From Remela's point of view, they had no right. They were innocents, yes, but it was absolutely ridiculous that they try to make things even harder for the Angels. They were the good guys, just trying to make things better for the humans. Basically, she saw them as getting in the way with their mediocre tactics.
Remela prided herself in her advanced Light-magic, and the fact that she possessed something no other demon or human could. Many other angels shared her skill, and some far surpassed her level. But she kept that dear to her heart, knowing that her tact was special and unique. Her thoughts were all she had during these times of war and destruction.
The demons would stop at nothing to destry the Angelic kind, and Remela would stop at nothing to keep this from happening.
She ran a pale, thin hand along the surface of a now-rusting machine, marvelling in its structure and texture. Even after her six years on Earth, Remela was still adjusting to the wordly creations. Of course what had been constructed in Heaven far surpassed anything here.
Lavish, feathered wings spread out joyously. She found pleasure in the simplest of things. It was, perhaps a good side to her, hidden behind her dreadfully cautious and easily spooked exterior.
A dress of light, pale ivory fabric clung to her petite figure. A thick band of black lace seperated her bust from her stomach, with two triangles of fabric wrapping up about her neck. It fell to about four inches above the knee, short, and puffed out in an unearthly way. She seemed to gleam with beauty, drawing your eyes to her ever-so-tainted facial expression and away from the deep scar along her collarbone.
It would seem Remela appeared to be a easily defeated opponent, though she was nothing of the sort. How would she have lasted all these years if she couldn't handle her own? And handle her own she did -well, if I might add.

OOC: Can you not make your font so small? I'm having a hard time reading it. Thank you. ^___^
BIC: Iori stepped into the power plant, observing his settings. Same old, same old. The rusted and torn apart generators. The air was stark and cold inside the power plant. Well, wet and cold. To put it mildly, Iori didn't really like wet and cold. He didn't like any of the extremes.
But, in the new earth, one had to constantly put up with the extremes in weather. The darkeness created from the demon's blocked out the sun, and made everything overcast, dull, cold and wet.
Which is why the sight of a rather...angelic looking female angel suprised Iori. Especially in a power plant, like this one. He had spotted her, from one of the balconies overlooking the generators.
He didn't bother to try and hide himself, seeing as she seemed mostly harmless.

ooc; Done. ^___^
bic; Remela had been much too busy weaving around the machinery too notice Iori. It wasn't until it stepped directly to her left that she even worried herself about enemies. There was a soft, muffled sound of distant footsteps. Remela wasn't alone in the Power Plant, though that was obvious enough. Her wings tensed, body soon following in suit, turning rigid. The expression on her face grew oddly cool, dark eyes darting around the damp area.
Friend or foe? That was unknown, seeing as Remela had yet to catch a glimpse of this mystery being. For all she knew it could be a curious human, just peeking around the building. But that was highly unlikely, seeing as nowadays they tended to stay out of dark, decrepit areas.
She could recall a time when she was sent to earth, and had guarded those much too curious for their own good. Remela could relate to them. Feeling unsatisfied with what knowledge you had, and always thirsting for more. Though no matter how much you knew, you had to expand your mind in alternate ways. Remela was oblivious to why decrepit buildings held so much intrigue to demons and angels alike. In fact, she couldn't really put her finger on why she was here in the first place.
"Who's there?" she called out, catching another flicker of movement from the corner of her eye.

Iori sighed, leaning down on the railing, when she called out. That was unwise. For all Iori knew, he could have been an attacker, and simply said that he was a human or another angel. But today, Iori's demonic side was repressed, and his neutral, not angel, not demon side was out.
He pushed back some of his thin brown hair out of his eyes, and stood up straight. He climbed up onto the railing, and jumped down, landing smootly from his perch, behind her. "That's unwise..." he remarked, staring at her rather large and lush wings. That was an odd sight these days. Most angel's wings were like a birds, suited for manouvering around in the air at high altitudes.

Upon catching sight of this, Iori fellow, a sneer pulled about her lips. "That's unwise..." Truth be told, Remela hated anyone -especially strangers- telling her what's right or wrong. Still being a teenager - though not necessarily looking the part - she was a bit headstrong.
Of course, Remela thought she was quite experienced in combat of any sort. That wasn't exactly the case. She was sent to earth -not to fight wars- but to guard the essence of those poor, easily corrupted humans. It wasn't until last year that she'd actually been transferred into any sort of army, yet Remela had had her fair share of fights.
As for her wings, they were more for show than use. Sure, they were great for evading attacks, having a big pair of propellers attached to your shoulderblades. But more of a big tag stuck on her back screaming 'Oooh. Kill me, demons. Kill me.'
Remela tilted her chin upwards, finding herself looking straight up towards the other.
"And who are you to be giving me advice?" she asked lightly, crossing her pale arms over her chest. A defiant sparkle was set off in her eyes, left brow raising slightly.

Iori rose an eyebrow, thinking the answer to her question rather obvious. "It's called common sense." he blantantly pointed out. His Diliculo (Iori's underground anti-human army) trench coat hid his wings and any sort of indicator of his race. The only thing that indicated that he was of a supernatural race were his grey, pupiless eyes.
"What if I'm a demon?" he asked. "You blatantly don't give out your position by asking who is there." Iori pointed out.
